Meet Lily Kaizer, shop owner of the dreamiest vintage dress boutique in all of Los Angeles, Happy Isles.

Although Lily loves to dress up, she’s usually wearing cashmere sweatpants. She’s also always hunting for the best and brightest vintage, especially for weddings.
